All estimated repair costs are approximate and may change depending
upon the final diagnosis and completion of the job.

All mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices accepted
for repair are handled at the customer's own risk.

Devices with physical or liquid damage may or may not be returned in
the same condition after the repair process, as internal damage can
worsen during dismantling.

Any spare parts replaced by Mobile Matrix that
develop a manufacturing or quality issue will be replaced within the
warranty period of up to 90 days from the date of repair.

All replaced spare parts are covered under a warranty period of 90
days from the repair date.

In case of any warranty-related issue with the replaced spare parts,
necessary action will be initiated within 48 hours.

Customers are requested to back up all important data before
submitting their device for repair. Our engineers and technicians
are not responsible for data loss.

SMR Infotech does not provide data recovery services. We only
provide hardware and software repair solutions.

A revisit service charge of ₹499 will be
applicable. Warranty coverage is limited to the repaired or replaced
spare parts only.

A service charge of ₹399 will apply if:
- The repair job cannot be completed.
- The estimated repair cost is not approved.
- The customer declines the repair for any reason.

Mobile Matrix reserves the right to refuse service for any device if
repair is technically not feasible or spare parts are unavailable.

Submission of the device for repair implies acceptance of these
Terms & Conditions.
